Dear Paola, We are just back from Italy and I wanted to drop you a line to thanks you for your service. Francesco was the best. I know driving to Monte di Procida was not the best job in the world, especially on a cold rainy day, but it totally made the entire trip to Italy for my mama. She was so happy to go there and he was great to arrange access to the church for us while we were having our cafe. To have a translator was great. I would have not know what to do when we got there. For that I am eternally grateful. Also the ladies wanted to send a special Thank You to him for their shopping assistance. The jewelers were very helpful. Tell him I am sorry I missed him but Mama forgot her credit card at the hotel and I had to run back to get it. Once again, that trip to Monte di Procida made my mother very happy and we can't thank you enough. Thank you and God Bless Denise Dayton
